Historically, the new Mansefield Trinity Church was the first church of the 21st century, opening its doors to the congregation in March 2001. Rev. Sandy McCallum is our locum Minister during our vacancy and we have a Choir, Creche, Sunday School, The Guild, pastoral care group and craft class. We also host weekly WeightWatchers and NHS Mother and Baby Group. Monthly we host the Rural Institute and the Bible Society. We also host many conferences and events during the year. Please come and see the Church for yourself and be assured of a warm and friendly welcome. | Mansefield Trinity Church was formed from the congregations of the Mansefield Church and the Whitehirst Park Community Church, and is the round church at the corner of Stevenston Road and West Doura Way (close to Whitehirst Park Primary School). Our expanding Parish is currently 8750 people living in 4250 homes and we have 250 members and 30 Adherents so far. Our round church can seat 240 people and we average 150 people at our Sunday service. Communion is normally the first Sunday of March, June, September and December. | Instead of us telling you about ourselves here is what a recent visitor was kind enough to say about us; "The stunning thing about Mansefield is the care and welcome that awaits, and the genuine enthusiam when one comes back into the church, even after a couple of weeks of absence." |
